I have moved many times over the years and have bought and sold several homes. My life as a military wife made me appreciate the effort it takes to move. In those moves, I discovered what I did and did not like in a Realtor.
I did not like:
- a pushy salesman-type person who told me only what I wanted to hear
- someone who showed me homes that had nothing of what I wanted in a house
- a person who gave vague answers to my specific questions
- someone who promised me the world when I wanted realistic, straight talk
So when I became a Realtor in 2003, I decided that I'd take those experiences and make sure that I was the type of Realtor who knew the market and knew the specifics (or at least knew where to find them). I’d be someone who really listens to my clients to determine their particular needs. I’d give honest and straight answers without the fluff of a typical salesman. And when selling a home, I’d be a Realtor who would aggressively market the property using the latest technology to get it sold quickly for the highest price.
You can count on me to give honest representation throughout the entire buying or selling process.
As for myself, I live in Papillion, NE and have three older children. Two are in college at Wayne State College, and one attends Papillion South HS. I'm involved in the community with networking, sports and school activities and I am a member of the Sarpy County Chamber of Commerce. I love the Omaha area and think you will too!
