Welcome to my page! I know you have a choice in Realtors (there are so many of us!) and I appreciate the the opportunity to tell you about what I love doing...helping people like you with your real estate needs! As a military wife for 20 years I have moved a lot, and have bought and sold several homes over the years. As we went I discovered what I did not like in local Realtors. I didn't like the pushy salesman-type agents who thought every house was just 'perfect' for me! I didn't like someone who thought they knew everything, but when I asked them specific questions, they gave me vague answers. And I didn't like it when I told them what I was looking for, and then they showed me a house that had none of what I wanted. So when I became a Realtor in 2003 I decided that I'd take those experiences and make sure that I was the type of Realtor who knew the market, knew the specifics, (or at least knew where to find them), and who really listened to a potential buyer to try to find a house that fit their particular needs. And when we went to sell our homes, I wanted a Realtor who would aggressively market my home, not just list it in the multiple listing service and walk away. It takes creative marketing ideas to get a home sold, especially in the market today! As for myself, I live in Papillion, NE and have 3 children (ages 13, 15 and 17) who attend Papillion schools. I'm involved in the community with my children's sports and school activities, and I am a member of the Chamber of Commerce. I love the Omaha area, and think you will to!
